Dr. Kay's Soul is a unique Nebula in the Inner Scutum-Centaurus Arm. It was added to the game by Kay Ross, who was on the Elite: Dangerous team for 8 years, and was in charge of developing the Stellar Forge, creating the galaxy for the game.
