Encoded Emissions are a type of signal source where Manufactured and Encoded Materials can be obtained.

Signal Contents

Encoded Emissions will randomly generate any of the following contents:

• A Private Data Beacon and several Very common materials, Common materials, and Standard materials.
• A debris field containing Common materials, Standard materials, and Rare materials.
• A Satellite (only around inhabited Earth Like Worlds).

Any area within a populated system.
