Etienne Dorn used to be the lead shield engineer for Kraken Shield Specialists, but these days he’s mostly self employed. He still shares his developments with his former employers, but he usually offers products to private clients first...for the right price. His burgeoning success has led him to develop state-of-the-art facilities, but he prefers to work with robots to maintain his seclusion.

Etienne Dorn is an engineer in the Colonia Region who specialises in scanners and core internal modules. He is based out of Kraken's Retreat in the Los system.
Access Requirements
Before you can take advantage of Etienne Dorn's services, several requirements must first be met:
Discovery
You will learn about Etienne Dorn after achieving Grade 3 access or higher with Liz Ryder.
Meeting Requirements
Gain trade rank Dealer or higher.
Unlock Requirements
Provide 25 units of Occupied Escape Pods.
Reputation Gain
Craft modules to increase your reputation. Initially, Etienne Dorn will only offer Grade 1 modifications, but this can be increased to Grade 5 over time as more independent pilots make use of his services.
