Specialised Shield Cell Bank

Specialised Shield Cell Bank is an engineer modification that can be applied to Shield Cell Banks. It decreases boot time and thermal load, and increases shield reinforcement, at the cost of reduced integrity and increased power draw.

It is available in 4 grades, with the highest grade offering up to a 32% decrease in boot time, a 24% decrease in thermal load, and a 10% increase in shield reinforcement.
